Tokyo-based artist Lynn, a member of the creative collective and label COOL KIDS NEVER SLEEP (CKNS LLC.), has made significant upgrades to his recording setup using two key products: Bureen Speaker Insulators and Twofold soundproofing panels. Each plays a unique role in refining his recording process.
Lynn introduced Bureen Speaker Insulators under his main monitor speakers and was immediately impressed by the results. He found that the insulators removed any muddiness, resulting in a much clearer and cleaner sound. This improvement has become essential for his mixing and mastering work, enabling him to focus on the details without interference or unwanted noise.
In addition to the speaker insulators, Lynn has been using Twofold soundproofing panels in his studio for recording vocals and rap. Recently, he installed the updated Twofold SP, made from PET material, which has taken the sound quality to a new level. The tighter, more precise recordings have left him pleased with the upgraded performance.
